I'm Ready for My Close-Up...Are You?

Halloween Scene Los Angeles View

People in the Dark is an intriguing new addition to LA’s Halloween immersive scene. Located in the Southpark neighborhood of downtown, this show kicks off as a walking tour. You become an active participant in the flowing discussion, which is both engaging and thrilling.

Our tour guide, Taylor, was full of enthusiasm. He led us around two city blocks, sharing tales of long-departed celebrities and the buildings where they lived and worked. While the stories weren’t exactly ghostly, they were eerie in their own way.

The fun, half-hour walk concluded in front of an old storefront. According to legend, this spot was once a gathering place for Hollywood types. If your group dares to venture inside the dilapidated building, you’ll find where the real drama of the evening unfolds.

The short narrative is a clear nod to "Sunset Blvd". It features several scenes with a ghost of Hollywood’s past. The setting is appropriately haunting, and the ghostly performer is the most memorable aspect of the night.

Halloween Scene Los Angeles is excited about this new player in the competitive SoCal haunt market. We eagerly look forward to seeing what they might bring in future seasons. Imagine longer presentations and a larger cast of spectral characters!
